- Professional Qualifications– you will be sponsored to complete the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) Dip qualification via a level 4 apprenticeship.

Who Should Apply?
What are we looking for:
- Education: Achieved or on track to achieve a 2:1 degree in any discipline, STEM subject preferred.
- Right to work in the UK
- Communication skills: Confident in building relationships and networking from day one
- Curiosity and drive: No prior insurance experience needed—we’ll provide the knowledge; you bring the enthusiasm!
