What the day will look like
- Lead some of Aon’s most significant Global Benefits Management (GBM) client relationships (7-10 clients), working with senior Global HR, Reward and Finance executives
- Build and orchestrate Aon’s client team locally and centrally to deliver excellent client service around the world and enable their Global Benefit strategies. This pivotal client-facing role will bring together subject matter experts across our Data & Analytics, Strategic Advisory, Financing, Retirement, and M&A consulting functions and other specialists to enable Aon to execute on the clients’ strategies
- Responsible for developing a strategic client plan together with client stakeholders, agreeing ways of working and global standards with the client and executing on those, and demonstrating the value created by Aon for the client
- Directly involved in new business acquisition with large multinational companies, acting as key client leader helping shape a tailored proposition supported by Aon’s Commercial and Enterprise Client Leadership
- Measures of success include client portfolio growth and retention, and client satisfaction

As a Global Benefits Partner, you will be representing a market leading global firm managing some of Aon’s most significant Global Benefits client relationships and working with senior Global HR, Reward, and Finance executives. This leader brings together the best of Aon’s global consulting and local placement expertise and technology platforms to help clients transform how they manage global benefits to drive success. You will be known in the market for bringing best-in-class data & analytics, financing, and consulting solutions to the country’s largest multinational organizations, and playing an integral part in winning new clients to further builid Aon’s market-leading brand with the multinational client segment.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven track record in global or multinational benefits management, with deep familiarity across health and/or pension programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trusted, consultative relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Experience delivering strategic advice, including shaping benefits strategy, identifying emerging trends, and translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead by influence, collaborating effectively across commercial, advisory, and specialist consulting functions—ideally in a matrixed, international environment.
- Strong commercial instincts with demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, lead business acquisition efforts, and ensure high retention rates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple client relationships and deliver key outputs such as stewardship reports and planning sessions.
- Proficient in using data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy; comfortable interpreting complex benefits metrics and market intelligence.
- Experience working with diverse teams and clients across countries and cultures, with an inclusive attitude and adaptability to different business environments.
- Fluent English and French.
