What the day will look like
Preparation and review reinsurance documentation
Review documentation and liaise with regional offices as needed.
Use of PPL Platform
Upload slips and endorsements for Reinsurers agreement.
Subjectivities
Follow up on outstanding subjectivities
Payment Tracking
To work with our local Accounting Teams, and assist when required, to ensure premiums are collected from clients and settled to Reinsurers within the specified settlement due dates.
Files
Complete the file for compliance purposes and final review.
Processing or Retro accounts
Produce invoices for this kind of risks.
Special Projects/Facilities
Support the team with the management of the special projects/facilities.
Due diligence
Support the team when approval is required for new MGA’s, Third Party Brokers and New Markets.
Preparation of market submission
Collect and analyse relevant information and prepare market submissions and presentations for new business or renewals when the Latam teams need additional support.

You will be part of a growing Broker Back-Up Technical Team supporting our LATAM Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Power, Energy and Political Violence portfolios, helping to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success
A colleague that would be very organised and attentive to detail, adopt a systematic approach, prepare contingency plans, proactively address challenges, consider broad long-term picture, and communicate confidently with others. Speaking fluently English and Spanish with Portuguese as a plus.
