Members Finance Administrator (9m FTC)

Description
The Members Finance Administrator will mainly be responsible for Member capital contributions and interest payments.
The role will involve liaising with Members and finance staff in the UK and overseas, and will require a good understanding of the group structure of the DAC Beachcroft LLP Group (“DACB”) and all its associated entities, both from a legal and management structure viewpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with increases/decreases in Member capital contributions and liaising directly with Members.
- Liaising with banks in relation to members capital arrangements including loan documentation.
- Payment of interest to banks on the correct payment dates
- Calculation of interest on Members capital.
- Dealing with mortgage reference requests.
- Responding to requests for residency certificates and W8 forms.
- Liaising with HMRC in respect of new Members.
- Assisting other members of the team with ad hoc tasks.
- Dealing with general queries and escalating where appropriate including monitoring the Group Tax inbox.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in the finance department of a professional service firm is considered advantageous.
- Experience of partnership accounting would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience of Elite 3E and Visio would be an advantage.
- Able to communicate confidently both orally and in writing at all levels and to convey concepts in a clear, straightforward manner.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work well within a team environment.
- Able to be flexible in terms of a changing environment and constantly changing workload.
- Organised and able to handle multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously whilst reporting to various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills.
