Win as a Team
This role involves managing long- and medium-term capacity planning services for one or more business areas. You will work with finance, marketing, and operational teams to deliver accurate demand and supply plans, provide input into operational and strategic planning, and improve resource planning capability.
You will analyse data, develop planning models, and build relationships across the business to support decision-making and achieve key business outcomes.
This role is hybrid and can be based out of our following offices: Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, London or Horsham.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Define, develop, and implement capacity models and solutions to meet business requirements.
- Deliver realistic and robust supply and demand plans, highlighting risks and opportunities, and making recommendations to meet business goals.
- Assess highly detailed information, identify trends, and provide actionable insight to improve operational performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships across supported business areas and wider teams (HR, Finance,Marketing, OpEx) to ensure effective engagement and alignment with business needs
Your skills and experience:
- Capacity planning and operations strategy, with experience using planning tools such as WFM, Anaplan, Qlik, and Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn highly detailed data into clear, actionable insight.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Marketing, and operational teams.
- Experience in operational planning within contact centre front or back office environments
