Role summary: Support the London Market Operations team in driving efficiencies and best practices throughout the Underwriting process, challenge how the business operates today and develop systems, processes, and procedures to support the growth of Arch across all platforms.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Ensure Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are regularly reviewed, and appropriate action is taken to close out any issues identified within agreed SLAs.
· Assisting with new lines of business set up and document any process changes by working with all relevant areas of the business to ensure risks can be processed cradle to grave once in production.
· Support owners of Lloyd’s and regulatory returns and reports; ensuring specific underwriting returns are prepared and submitted in a timely manner with appropriate checks of data carried out prior to submission.
· Assist the UW Operations Team with onboarding users onto systems/platforms used by Underwriting teams and provide continuous support and playback on system changes and enhancements.
· Working with Underwriting teams to understand their challenges, generating solutions and working with various teams within the organisation to enact the solution.
