Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Communications
- Develop an annual plan for benefits and wellbeing communications, considering both annual enrolment events and routine awareness
- Ensure Corporate Communications are engaged in all communications activities and that accountabilities are understood
- Maintain and enhance Access Benefits pages
- Understand and develop plans for utilizing existing technology platforms to enhance employee benefit understanding and engagement
- Support local and global wellbeing champion initiatives ensuring relevant communication plans are shared and that a two-way channel is established for knowledge sharing and feedback
- Be externally aware to ensure that Arch is harnessing new media, technology and other communications approaches, identifying and developing those which would be of value to Arch
Benefits Admin
- Support local employee benefit queries, resolving issues and assisting with benefit related queries
- Liaise with external vendors and third parties to ensure smooth operation of benefit programmes
- Provide analysis on utilization, trends and engagement
- Support annual enrolment processes
Role Requirements & Skills
Skills / Competencies
- Excellent communication skills;
- Design and development of tactical and strategic communication plans
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy and resilience
- Worked in a matrix environment
- IT and numerical skills, including Advanced Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience
- Worked in a multinational or global financial services organisation
- Understanding of both UK and US employee benefit programmes including regulatory and compliance context
- Understanding of other geographies or country benefit programmes would be desirable
- Use of multiple communication channels and approaches in a number of media
- Development and management of communications effectiveness measures
- Development of wellbeing programmes desirable
