L&D Trainer and Facilitator

Matter Responsibilities:

Undertake the following:

Design and develop training within Howlett Brown methodologies and in collaborative co-design services with clients
Design and develop learning programmes
Deliver training and facilitation on a wide range of people related topics
Facilitate listening circles and group learning discussions
Measuring effectiveness of training programs using various evaluation tools
Creating and implementing online training modules and interactive e-learning solutions
Provide one-to-one learning and coaching for senior leaders of clients on topics of Howlett Brown’s expertise
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relay complex information to diverse audiences
Meet key delivery metrics set by Learning & Development department
Research, drafting articles and creating content to promote Howlett Brown services
Support the internal learning programme

Core Skills & Standards :

Strong analytical skills with experience in training/coaching design and delivery
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and concise drafting and review capabilities, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
An awareness of workplace culture, trends and practices, as well as a keen passion and commitment to be a thought leader in learning and development
Excellent communicator and effective engagement with diverse clients and stakeholders
Exceptional customer service practices and behaviours with a solution focussed attitude and approach.
Prior experience in similar role in a professional firm or multinational corporation
Cross collaborate and contribute to team building.
Demonstrate respect, dignity and professionalism at all times to colleagues, clients and third parties
Role model and comply with staff policies, practices and procedures
Have strong project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives to successful completion
Demonstrate excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels
Be proficient in MS Office applications and associated software
