12 Months+ Fixed Term Contract – CRUK Fiduciary Insurer Manager
Could you be our next Fiduciary Accounting Market Relationship Manager?
Joining our team based primarily based out of our Chelmsford office but with flexibility to work from other offices or to work from home, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of Fiduciary services for our UK Commercial Risk businesses. If you think you can do the following, we’d love to hear from you:
- Drive yourself and your team to deliver Financial Performance and Service targets
- Ensure on going, sustainable and dynamic relationship with strategic Carriers
- Provide support and mentoring to our Genpact colleagues, including Carrier meetings, business understanding and commercial relationships
- Act as the focal point for CRUK businesses for all Carrier relationship issues and escalations
- Manage numerous activities or workstreams aimed at significantly improving the end to end service.
- Build and manage a communication framework between Carriers, CRUK businesses and Genpact.
- Produce regular reports to management on key projects and issues
- Produce project summaries or presentations as required.
- Suggest changes which will reduce risk or improve service
- Assist our Genpact colleagues in documenting policies, procedures, processes and controls which underpin fiduciary processes.
- Manage initiatives and projects as requested by management

What the day will look like
- Managing your priorities and focus areas, to deliver key performance or service targets.
- Utilising your expertise to help deliver results and resolve issues to ensure the smooth settlement of premium to Aon’s trading partners.
- Contributing and potentially leading meetings with business stakeholders and carriers to align on priorities or other areas of focus, influencing colleagues where required to make sure the right outcomes are being delivered
- Proposing activities or workstreams to improve our end to end service - participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives in the organization to help achieve identified goals
- Working collaboratively with our outsource partners to deliver results and improve service
- Understanding complex internal and external accounting problems and develop solutions
- Ensuring procedures and controls within your limits of authority are adhered to

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Enthusiastic team player with relationship building, organisational and coaching skills
- Analytical, numerical and information gathering ability. Able to use analytical skills and knowledge to identify risks and/or opportunities
- Competent or advanced user of Microsoft products, in particular MS Excel, comfortable working with data and computing systems
- Able to communicate effectively with different types of colleagues and trading partners using written, verbal and in person methods
- Able to influence outcomes to achieve goals and targets
