We are currently recruiting for an PMO Analyst to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Role Requirements
As our PMO analyst you will be responsible for assisting in financial controls and financial admin, including raising purchase orders, invoices management, as well as accruals, recharges and cost management. You will assist with project/programme plans and re-planning.
You will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, identification/maintenance and challenging of RAID logs. You will be supporting the project management/programme manager with management information including milestone reporting, analysis and distribution of MI.
You will be responsible for the adherence to relevant UK Change procedures, standards, processes, controls and tools by taking ownership of ensuring consistency for example templates and formats are utilised.
The Individual
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have experience of PMO Support/ Admin in an Agile Programme and transformation delivery, preferably you will have project and programme experience.
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and select the content, style, format and distribution methods most appropriate to the audience.
You will have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. You will also have sound planning and organising skills.
