Speciality Client Management Assistant (Reinsurance)
Aon is currently recruiting a Speciality Account Management Assistant, to join our Contingency Reinsurance team in the City of London. We are a small market leading team with big growth plans that focuses on the reinsurance of our Sport and Entertainment clients.

What the day will look like
Your main responsibilities as a Speciality Account Management Assistant will include:
- Resolving queries received from clients and reinsurers – liaising with colleagues within other departments as necessary.
- Generating and reviewing of contractual documentation.
- Working in partnership with the team in the marketing of and placing of insurance and reinsurance, involving communication with clients and reinsurers.
- Collecting and analysis of data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentations
- Populating and maintenance of data within Aon’s IT systems.
- Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Education to a minimum of A level standard and possibly with Market experience
- An eagerness to learn, could also have entry level Technical (re)insurance knowledge.
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and a pride in work output.
- Data analysis abilities.
- Good level of IT competency (Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Possibly some experience of working in a client-facing environment
- Ability to work in an environment where deadlines must be adhered to
