The opportunity:
An opportunity to join a diverse and supportive team to provide administrative support to our 550+ field engineer surveyors. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can mirror our values. If you are great at organising and able to prioritise your workload and have great communication skills, this a genuine opportunity to start your career in Insurance.

What will you be doing?
• Assists other team members so that team objectives are achieved daily
• Carries out non routine duties as required by the Support Manager
• Provides expert technical support and advice to the team and the Support Manager.
• To take ownership and responsibility for resolving technical issues for the team
• Has recognized expertise and authority for a given business process and acts as stakeholder for the team.
• Provides coaching and training for the team ensuring knowledge shared appropriately.
• Assists the Support Manager in driving performance of the team.
• Provides administrative support to other aspects of engineering as directed by Support Manager
