Client Services Director, Griffiths & Armour’s Professional Indemnity division
Do you have the expertise to manage the Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance needs of a portfolio of construction‑sector clients?
Can you help us expand into PI offerings for the design and construct market or other professional services sectors, while supporting our continued work with consulting engineers and architects?
Are you looking to build your career with a leading risk advisor and insurance broker?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
This role is based initially in our Liverpool office, with the flexibility to work virtually and from our Manchester location.
As a Client Services Director, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients—identifying their risk requirements and leveraging Griffiths & Armour’s and Aon’s extensive capabilities to design and deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
We are looking for someone who can serve as the senior point of contact for our PI clients, partnering closely with a team of insurance brokers. You will also become a key representative for Griffiths & Armour and the wider Aon business when responding to new PI enquiries and pursuing new business opportunities within these markets. Experience in establishing and managing facilities is highly desirable.

Since being acquired by Aon UK Limited in January 2025, we are looking to broaden our horizons and utilise the products and knowledge of our wider Group of companies. Our name is a symbol of our unique approach, and we will continue to preserve those differences which have been key to our success and trade under the Griffiths & Armour name in our key sectors.
