Join Gallagher’s GVISOR team as a Senior International Benefits Analyst, where your expertise in research and analysis will support multinational organisations in navigating the complexities of global employee benefits.
In this role, you’ll become a trusted regional expert, delivering high-quality insights on international benefits, including health, retirement, and statutory provisions. You’ll manage key projects, analyse data from diverse sources, and collaborate with a talented team to provide innovative solutions. How you'll make an impact
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis on international employee benefits, including health, retirement, and statutory benefits.
- Acting as a regional expert, monitoring and reporting on changes in assigned countries and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information.
- Managing multiple projects, including major initiatives within the Research Team, and delivering high-quality client deliverables.
- Writing articles, preparing recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams to provide technical reports and solutions.
- Supporting the development of training systems, mentoring new staff, and contributing to the growth of the department’s products and services.
- Representing the department at industry events and building a strong professional network.
About You
Required:
- Experience in an analytical role or international benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong research abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
Desired:
- Experience in the global employee benefits industry.
- Specialised knowledge of a global region (e.g., EMEA, Asia/Pacific, or Latin America).
- Exposure to finance, tax, or legal matters.
- Fluency in foreign languages (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Slavic, or Nordic languages).
- Work history in the insurance industry.
