Job overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the UK Chief Compliance Officer, UK Chief Actuary, and Head of Compliance. You’ll support these three Senior Leaders with diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing. You’ll coordinate offsites and stakeholder relationships, handle delegated tasks in Workday, and build strong partnerships across teams. This role offers the opportunity to enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the UK Chief Compliance Officer, UK Chief Actuary, and Head of Compliance diaries to prioritise key activities and support efficient time management.
- Organise offsites, awaydays, and social events, both virtually and face to face.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for Senior Leaders.
- Handle expenses, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records within budget.
- Action delegated tasks in Workday, such as raising requisitions, onboarding, and holiday approvals.
- Manage relationships with direct reports and key stakeholders.
- Build strong partnership relationships with other PAs and teams across the business.
- Support the smooth running of day to day operations to enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
- Experience providing PA support to senior stakeholders with a background in Risk and Compliance, Financial Services, Insurance or Health.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Professional approach, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Collaborative working with senior stakeholders and peers.
- Knowledge of admin software such as Microsoft Office, Workday, Coupa, and Concur.
