Could you be our next Fiduciary Account Handler?
Joining our team based primarily based out of our Chelmsford (with flexibility) to work from home, you’ll be responsible for the delivery and development of Fiduciary services supporting our Risk Capital and Human Capital businesses. If you think you can do the following, we’d love to hear from you:
- Deliver Fiduciary financial performance and service targets for your area of responsibility
- Work effectively with colleagues across Aon and Aon suppliers both in the UK and overseas to deliver required performance and service outcomes
- Support development and improvement in our Fiduciary services and ways of working
- Contribute to business projects and improvement activities

What the day will look like
- Managing the working relationships between Fiduciary accounts and the business units you support
- Utilising Fiduciary expertise to deliver operational and financial benefit to Aon Limited
- Proposing activities or workstreams aimed at improving end to end service
- Supporting the design and implementation of processes aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing the control environment
- Working collaboratively with our outsource partners to deliver results and improve service
- Understanding complex internal and external accounting problems and propose solutions
- Ensuring procedures and controls within your limits of authority are adhered to
- Leading or manage initiatives as requested by management
- Developing and maintaining key internal or external relationships (e.g. underwriters, auditors)
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical, numerical and information gathering skills. Able to use analytical skills and knowledge to identify risks and/or opportunities
- Competent or advanced user of Microsoft products, in particular MS Excel, comfortable working with data and computing systems
- Able to communicate effectively with different types of colleagues and trading partners using written, verbal and in person methods
- Able to influence outcomes to achieve goals and targets
Helpful experience includes:
- Working with an offshore service provider
- Good understanding of insurance accounting or similar account work
- Accounting or insurance qualifications are preferred but not essential
