Overview
We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to support our Commercial Client Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in insurance.
You'll provide administrative and operational support, helping to maintain client information, produce reports, support renewal activity and deliver excellent service to a portfolio of clients. You'll have ownership of your own caseload, building an understanding of each client's requirements and taking pride in delivering a high standard of service, while working closely with the wider team.
The role can be based from either our Chelmsford or Ipswich office and is a hybrid position, only 2 days in the office are required once training is complete. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
How you'll make an impact
- Setting up new and renewing clients across internal systems.
- Maintaining accurate client records and organisational structures.
- Preparing reports and management information for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Managing access and permissions on claims systems.
- Supporting the coordination of client renewals and ongoing service requests.
- Assisting with the delivery of new processes, procedures and best practice initiatives.
- Providing administrative support to Client Managers and Client Directors.
- Supporting claims audits and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining records and documentation within Salesforce and other business systems.
- Participating in team projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Attending internal meetings and supporting client meetings where required.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, insurance or office based role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within insurance or financial services.
- Experience using Salesforce, CRM or case management systems.
- Understanding of client service, reporting or renewal processes.
