Key responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of the AXA Health month-end close process to meet deadlines for Group and local reporting.
- Assist in producing and booking key figures into our financial ledger, including policy volumes, revenue, and commission costs.
- Prepare and review monthly reports, including revenue, population, underwriting, income statements and to investigate any unusual results.
- Provide commentary on key metrics, comparing performance against budgets and previous periods, to help the team understand the numbers.
- Support the input and validation of data into our group reporting tool, Magnitude.
- Analyse financial performance, highlighting variances and supporting ad-hoc requests for data or reports.
- Help maintain the monthly control checks to ensure accuracy and minimise operational risks.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and drive efficiencies.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
