We’ve an opportunity to join our Credit Control team. You'll be part of a team that is responsible for debt collection activity, resolving queries and reducing aged debt through review and analysis of insurance broker partner accounts. This involves making and receiving telephone calls, which requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop great relationships.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means attendance at our Bolton office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining great relationships with external partners and internal AXA colleagues.
- Providing a quality debt collection service.
- Providing appropriate and timely resolutions to account queries.
- Identifying and escalating all late broker payments to minimise potential bad debt.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience of building relationships with customers.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Insurance experience advantageous however not essential.
- Willing to learn and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset and enjoys problem solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
