Department: Management PA Team

The Role
This role requires someone who has the ability to support individuals with extremely busy work schedules, using their own initiative where appropriate, in addition to prioritising their own working day. It is essential that the individual can deal professionally with Partners and Managers in the firm as well as external contacts, building strong relationships with the key people for whom they work, and delivering high quality work quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- To form an effective team with members of the Senior Management Team to maximise their effectiveness and enable them to achieve their objectives.
- To establish a good understanding of the global business, the key individuals within the business and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
- To use this understanding as a means of prioritising work and building the necessary knowledge to exercise judgment in daily requirements and tasks.
- To be proactive in progressing beyond a narrow PA role; be willing to take on responsibility and demonstrate ability in order to build trust.
- Manage diaries, ensuring they are up-to date, anticipating requirements e.g. associated travel/accommodation bookings, meeting rooms, drafting itineraries, preparing agendas, preparing and circulating papers.
- Manage and process expenses and act as a key contact for invoice submissions for the Business Development Department.
- Provide support to the wider teams on projects as appropriate.
- Act as a key contact for team onboarding.
- Act as a key contact for creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Arrange regular team socials.
- Any other duties as requested.

Desirable
- Experience within a Professional Services, Legal or Partnership environment
- 65 wpm copy typing
