You’ll be responsible for coordinating international mobility activities that support the broader strategic objectives of both AXA UK and AXA Group. You’ll play a key part in managing the end-to-end process for international assignments and repatriations, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth mobility experiences for our employees, supporting the organisation’s global talent strategy.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Talent and International Mobility Manager in managing the UK’s internationally mobile population, ensuring smooth coordination of assignments.

- Provide high-quality support throughout the entire relocation process, assisting assignees and stakeholders as needed.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes with HR, Line Managers, and People Services, ensuring a positive experience for relocating employees.
