Using specialist tools, you will assess and identify risks in Key Investigative Indicators (KIIs) before referring cases to our Special Investigators.
You will manage a caseload of referrals from across the business where fraud concerns have been raised, investigating suspected activity in commercial, home, liability, and motor claims. Using specialist systems, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and social media, you will research individuals, third parties, and businesses. You will also be required to understand our FIU team and in times of surge be prepared to assist.
Working closely with internal teams, brokers, and client insurers, you’ll gather and share information to support referrals to our investigators.
