As a Business Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, researching companies and emailing prospects to promote our products and arrange appointments for representatives. Working within an FCA regulated environment you will be targeted to achieve individual, team and department objectives
This is a virtual role and can be based anywhere in the UK with some travel to Aon offices as required.

What the day will look like
Full training will be provided on product and processes to ensure you are a subject matter expert in your field
- Achieving personal monthly appointment targets
- Attain personal monthly conversion targets
- Maintain product and process knowledge to ensure that you are fully compliant to advertise our products within the FCA regulations
- Deliver first class customer service
- Maintain and develop relationships with potential customers

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience preferably in a target driven sales and FSA regulated environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills and being able to demonstrate empathy towards customers
- Ability to build and develop positive relationships
- Experience of working with Database and CRM software
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Well organised and able to adhere to agreed timescales and quality standards
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High levels of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Good reasoning and decision-making abilities
- Good negotiating skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under own initiative and within a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
