Job overview:
An expert in creating and managing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes, you’ll use data and insights to help deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations and drive business goals. You’ll also support the creation of dashboards and reports, ensuring the appropriate digital tracking is in place to meet business requirements and provide support to business stakeholders. Internally, the role is known as Associate Digital Product Manager. This position is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Consider our entire digital customer experience and journeys. Help make sure that every touchpoint delivers against our strategy whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
- Manage A/B testing and work with stakeholders to understand their goals. Collate data and customer insights to create test hypothesis and testing roadmaps.
- Create and manage tests, using the Optimizely Web Experimentation solution.
- Support Product teams to help shape backlogs and influence commercial outcomes for customers through data driven insights and the results of experimentation.
- Proactively identify pain points across the digital estate.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data insights to generate ideas for improvements, using GA, Medallia DXA (Decibel) and research from Insights team.
- Create clear reporting and status updates for stakeholders. Highlight crucial journeys, key performance indictors (KPIs), opportunities and insights.
- Identify patterns in customer behaviour and support translating them into meaningful commercial opportunities that add value.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with awareness of customer behaviour and industry trends.
- Proven track record of supporting and implementing successful CRO initiatives drive business and customer value.
- Solid experience and knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to assist in building accessible, responsive and interactive website features on our experimentation tool.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering A/B testing and CRO activity in experimentation tools, preferably Optimizely Experimentation. Use this to build and manage tests effectively.
- Experience of creating analytical dashboards, including use of Medallia DXA (Decibel) and PowerBI.
- Product management skillset.
- Ability to work effectively with teams of technical and business experts, building meaningful relationships.
- Abe to create and tailor communications to stakeholders at all levels.
