The role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail driven Finance Analyst to support full end-to-end expense management across our Retirement Solutions and Asset Management business area. - Lead the monthly resource forum, tracking recruitment activity, analysing resourcing needs, and ensuring governance across all hiring related spend.
- Act as a key liaison for supplier queries, PO requisitions, and cost allocations across multiple business areas.
- Analyse supplier expenditure to identify trends, risks, and cost saving opportunities.
- Produce high quality reporting packs, cost analysis, and other financial outputs.
- Maintain clear process documentation, business cases, and controls evidence.
- Support continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting tools.
What are we looking for?
- Strong confidence operating autonomously, with a proactive approach to taking ownership.
- Well developed financial control instincts and an awareness of risk.
- High standard of accuracy, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in expense accounting and financial data analysis, ideally within a month end environment.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with financial systems and MI tools.
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and stakeholder management capability.
