Help shape Intact’s modern data landscape by leading the transformation to a scalable Enterprise Data Platform, enabling teams across the business to unlock value, improve decision‑making and accelerate our data‑driven ambitions.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Defining and owning the organisation’s data transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategy, KPIs, budgets and expected value.
- Leading large‑scale data transformation initiatives to deliver modern data solutions, enhance platform capabilities and improve analytics maturity.
- Tracking and communicating the value of data and AI initiatives, establishing clear measurement frameworks and driving continuous improvement.
- Partnering with business, IT and data teams to shape requirements, timelines and deliverables, ensuring solutions meet organisational needs.
- Supporting successful adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through effective change‑management strategies.
- Managing end‑to‑end delivery of data transformation projects, ensuring they remain on track, mitigate risks, optimise resources and deliver measurable outcomes.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience leading data transformation and large‑scale data projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture principles.
- Understanding of data management, compliance frameworks and data governance.
- Experience with data quality frameworks and organisational change management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the insurance domain and the full data value chain.
