You’ll drive meaningful commercial outcomes, mentor talented colleagues, and play a key role in enhancing how we deliver as a team.
In terms of location, we are ideally looking for individuals to be attached to teams established in our London, Woking, Bristol, Birmingham or Edinburgh offices, albeit could be able to consideration locations outside of this list for the right person.
How you'll make an impact
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders, guiding them through the complexities of workplace pensions, healthcare, and group risk. You’ll take full ownership of your portfolio, driving client retention, revenue growth, and profitability. From leading pitches to converting new opportunities, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our business and delivering exceptional results.
Beyond working with clients, you’ll be a go-to technical expert, offering guidance on complex projects and mentoring team members to help them thrive. You’ll champion process improvements, ensuring we deliver smarter and faster. Your leadership and expertise will have a lasting impact across the team and the wider business, helping us achieve even greater success.
About You
- Extensive experience in employee benefits consulting, with deep expertise in workplace pensions, group risk, and healthcare.
- A proven ability to build and grow relationships with high profile, high value, complex clients, delivering exceptional results.
- Strategic mindset and commercial savvy, with a talent for connecting advice to impactful business outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and empowering others to succeed.
- Confidence in leading pitches, winning new business, and driving growth opportunities.
- A proactive approach to streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence senior stakeholders.
