Join AXA Global Healthcare's Commercial team as a Pricing Analyst and play a key role in shaping our strategic approach to pricing. In this exciting position, you’ll be involved in high-level technical analysis of our Individual and SME portfolios, providing valuable insights to support our growth and competitive positioning. Key responsibilities:
- Work with large amounts of data, investigating emerging trends, risks or opportunities.
- Deliver high quality reports and analysis to help drive business decisions.
- Support the development and maintenance of Pricing reviews, BAU analysis & reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the company.
- Work with different areas of the business to support making commercial decisions to work towards achieving strategic targets.
- Continuous development and growth, supported by AXA Global Healthcare in learning, development and progression opportunities for professional skills and a flourishing career.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Strong numerical background with an inquisitive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for building effective working relationships.
- Ability to capture business requirements and deliver high-quality reports with actionable recommendations.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of the PMI marketplace would be advantageous.
- Experience with SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Akur8, or other statistical programming languages preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of managing your own workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
