We have an opportunity within the Cyber Centre of Excellence (CCoE) for an Administrator to join Tokio Marine Holdings. You will report to the Global Head of Cyber Risk (GHCR) and will support them to manage and develop the CCoE function that manages our global cyber insurance line of business.
The role includes responsibilities such as completing key team administrative tasks such as diary management, booking travel, completing expenses and reporting to home office through bi-weekly minutes. You will be expected to coordinate CCoE away days and report outputs to home office, in addition to organising key meetings with senior stakeholders on behalf of the global head of cyber risk. In addition to this, you will assist the GHCR in delivery of the annual cyber summit, including coordinating marketing and administrative tasks using Adobe InDesign, helping set out the theme, budget and liaising with external speakers and internal contributors from our group companies. You will develop knowledge on cyber insurance which will help to assist the team and support the GHCR in the delivery of cyber security strategy and mid-term plan.
The successful candidate will ideally have a university degree in a relevant field and will also have the ability to problem solve and think innovatively. In addition to this, strong Microsoft office skills would be desirable, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a willingness to learn Adobe InDesign. The ideal candidate will be methodological and self-driven, with the ability to operate in an agile team environment. They will also show attention to detail and will have the ability to keep track of tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
