Role Overview
As a Multinational Client Service Executive, you will provide comprehensive account management services to assigned global accounts within our Multinational Portfolio. You will oversee the end-to-end process for multinational insurance programs, ensuring compliance with Chubb’s Global Services Department guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of multinational accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients and brokers on all service matters.
- Coordinate pre-bind to post-bind processes, including local policy issuance, premium collection, and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide technical expertise to design and maintain compliant, bespoke multinational insurance programs.
- Ensure Chubb’s service standards are met or exceeded in the implementation of global programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Attend client and broker meetings, supporting business development and showcasing Chubb’s global capabilities.
- Monitor outstanding tasks, facilitate timely policy issuance and claims bulletins, and support renewal procedures.
- Escalate issues as needed to ensure service requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate documentation in systems such as PID and MAX, in line with departmental standards.
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives to improve the Global Services Department.
- Perform incidental tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Uphold Chubb’s ethical and service standards in all activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior work experience in the insurance industry is essential.
- Experience servicing multinational insurance programs is highly desirable.
- A-Levels or equivalent educational standard preferred.
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Insurance Certificate is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is beneficial but not required.
