Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building and nurturing high-value client relationships? We’re seeking a dynamic Key Client Director to retain and develop a portfolio of national corporate clients with significant healthcare spend, across insured and healthcare trust arrangements, together with health and wellbeing services including EAP product offerings.
In this pivotal role, you’ll contribute to our company's growth by delivering exceptional client service, driving profitable outcomes, and supporting the achievement of our Sales and Marketing strategies, plans, and targets. If you excel at fostering long-term partnerships and have a proven track record in managing corporate clients within the health and wellbeing services sector, including EAP, we want to hear from you!

Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients (intermediaries) or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and deliver high-value Business to Business relationships to meet sales targets across products and services.
- Build strategic account plans, establishing strong relationships with decision-makers and intermediaries to maximise retention and growth.
- Deeply understand client needs, proactively identify opportunities, and lead negotiations to secure new business.
- Foster excellent cross-departmental collaborations to align strategic priorities and enhance client service.
- Gather and share market, customer, and intermediary feedback to inform strategy and proposition development.
- Maintain expert knowledge of AXA Health’s offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape to advise clients effectively.
- Represent AXA Health at internal and external forums, promoting the company’s values and offerings.
- Coach and develop colleagues within the wider team.
