- Ensure outputs deliver real value and insight to stakeholders.
- Minimise risks by improving documentation, promoting data literacy within the business and encouraging the team to follow data governance best practice.
- Continuously look to leverage new analytical techniques, automate manual processes and migrate legacy systems.
- Ensure the BI platform delivers robust, trusted analytics and developing a programme to support and train users on its use and nurture a self-serve culture.

We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams while managing resources to deliver quality BI solutions.
- Hands-on experience creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations in Power BI that turn data into clear insights.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of database design, including data warehouses and data marts, to support efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Able to analyse complex data, spot trends, and develop practical solutions to issues through critical thinking.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and familiar with SQL Server Management Studio and Databricks.
