At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain governance frameworks and standards that enable effective decision-making within the Tribe to support the increase of quality and pace of delivery.
- Help produce and maintain dashboards, status reports and updates, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collect, validate and analyse data related to the Tribe performance, risks and resource usage to support reporting and insight generation.
- Assist in the logging and monitoring of risks, issues and dependencies across the Tribe, escalating where appropriate and driving expectations of quality management.
- Aid in the tracking of team capacity, resource allocation and utilisation to help inform planning and decision-making.
- Contribute ideas for improving PMO processes and ways of working, leading on initiatives to effective delivery and helping to embed a culture of CI across teams.
- Work closely with Tribe and PMO Team to ensure smooth day to day operations of the PMO, supporting key initiatives as needed and facilitating PMO led forums.

What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a project environment, preferably within a PMO team, demonstrating a solid understanding of Traditional and Agile delivery management methodologies.
- Demonstrable expertise in roles that demand meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce comprehensive reports across various levels of the organisation.
- Ability to articulate and challenge items within a RAID log to ensure risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are properly understood and managed.
- Demonstrate strong governance implementation and articulation, ensuring compliance and accurate controls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesise data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.
- Interpersonal and diplomatic skills to effectively navigate and resolve challenges in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and resolution agreements.
