FCA Telesales Executive
Fixed Term Contract : End of June – Mid September
Location: Leatherhead
Hours: 8.30 – 5.00, Monday–Friday
About the role
We’re looking for a temporary FCA Telesales Executive to join our Specialist Lending team over the busy summer period. This is a hands-on, high‑volume telesales role where you’ll be speaking to both new and existing customers, helping them access our FCA facility while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working to targets, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has a confident telephone manner.
What you’ll be doing
- Making high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective and returning customers
- Handling inbound telephone and email enquiries from FCA customers
- Providing customers with clear, accurate and appropriate information
- Resolving rejected or problematic agreements to support successful processing
- Following up on FCA renewals to help achieve sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting the wider team with inbound calls and shared mailbox management
- Producing basic reporting information where required
- Always working in line with Premium Credit’s values, Code of Conduct and FCA regulations
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Strong telephone communication skills with a positive, customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work to targets and manage a busy workload
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure
- Confident written communication skills
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
Desirable
- Previous experience in telesales, contact centre or customer service environments
- Experience working in a regulated or financial services setting
