What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll coordinate the capture and ongoing maintenance of due diligence information on DCAs. You’ll handle the issuance, negotiation, and ongoing maintenance of TPA service level agreements. Additionally, you’ll onboard and manage DCAs interactions with Brits Delegated Claims Management Platform. You’ll also coordinate the maintenance of the DCA Panel, including calibrating materiality, DCA categorisation, panel segmentation, off-panel appointments, and any portfolio transitions.
Managing all aspects of the Claims Bordereaux process will be part of your responsibilities, from setting data standards and validation to tracking, chasing, query management, and processing service delivery. You’ll oversee the Loss Fund and reconciliation process, liaising with Finance, completing Financial Controls, transitioning Loss Funds into new liquidity management solutions like Vitesse & FCP, and managing relevant service providers.
You’ll coordinate all Delegated Claims Management oversight processes, including trending findings, tracking actions, and reporting. Supporting the monitoring of DCA performance, developing and producing reports, attending service review meetings, tracking actions, and providing insights to Claims and Underwriting will also be part of your duties. You’ll assist in the development of management information and reporting, attend committees and meetings to provide updates on Delegated Claims / Loss Fund Management to relevant stakeholders, and be the point of contact for the Claims Technical Team, addressing queries and concerns, and helping to maintain high customer service standards and delivery. Additionally, you’ll support projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology enhancements.
